SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Dear clients,
During a public health crisis like the one we’re all facing, we would like to share with you our approach to the situation.
It is important that you know that, until further notice, we remain OPEN.
Our priority, is to offer you a service that meets your expectations in an environment that meets all health and sanitation guidance from Health Canada and CNESST. The many steps we’ve taken to ensure the health and wellness of our team members and clients include the following:
All team members are required to prioritize good ‘social distancing’ practises, there will be no handshaking or human to human contact, until further notice.
- Any cleaning/washing will now include anti-microbial disinfectant, to ensure all staff members hands are clean at all time, as well as all surfaces we clean(windows, ledges, sills and doors will now be disinfected with anti-microbial soap {99.9%}).
- All team members must disinfect their workspace/vehicle, between appointments.
- All team members who have been or are returning from a stay abroad must isolate themselves for fourteen days.
- All team members who have flu-like symptoms or who have a fever will stay at home.
To help us maintain a healthy environment, we also ask you to wash your hands if our team is to work in your home/work-place. If you have flu-like symptoms or are returning from a trip in the past two weeks, please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
